• A heartfelt multimedia collage created by our Shine-Redesigns groups featuring upcycled materials sourced from the former Antique Market that occupied the building that is now home to The Shine Foundation. The frame and reclaimed wooden dowels, which form the sun’s beams, connect the piece deeply to the building’s history. Handmade clouds, crafted with the help of the late Dr. Ken Kellum, combine old paper and sawdust to evoke the nostalgic, dusty atmosphere where antiques were treasured for years. Incorporating wine corks, cork board, and natural wood tones, this eclectic piece captures the essence and memories of its unique origin.
