- Only artworks purchased from The Caron Gallery are eligible for return.

- Customized or commissioned artworks are exempt from this return policy.

- You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.


3. Condition of the Artwork:

- The artwork must be returned in original condition, without signs of damage, wear, or alteration.

- All accompanying certificates of authenticity, labels, and packaging must also be returned.


4. Return Process:

- Provide your order number, the name of the artwork, and a brief reason for the return.


5. Return Packaging:

- Pack the artwork securely in the original packaging, if available, or in equivalent packaging to prevent damage during transit.


6. Return Shipping:

- You are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping and insurance to protect against damage or loss during transit.

- We recommend using a reputable courier service that offers tracking and insurance.


7. Inspection and Approval:

- Once we receive the returned artwork, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return policy conditions.

- If the artwork is in acceptable condition, we will proceed with the return process.


8. Refund or Exchange:

- You can choose between a store credit or an exchange for another available artwork of equal or lesser value.


9. Refund Processing Time:

- Refunds will be processed within seven business days after the returned artwork is inspected and approved.


10. Non-Refundable Fees:

- Shipping and handling fees, as well as any applicable customs duties, are non-refundable.


11. Damaged or Incorrect Artwork:

- If the artwork arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately.

- We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly by providing a replacement or issuing a full refund, including return shipping costs.
