About Potters Field Stoneware

As a husband and wife duo, clay has been a huge part of our lives for a very long time and has changed and evolved as we have grown older and personally changed. The importance of functional stoneware is ever present in what we do, along with the emotion and self-expression of our sculptural work. As we establish a new studio in a brand new location, we are experiencing an influx of new ideas and reinvigoration for what we want to create. No matter how long we have worked with clay, there are always unexplored ideas that ebb and flow into our creative process. We love sharing our art with the community and keeping ceramics alive is another passion we share. The older we get, the more we realize the importance of art work in everyone’s lives, both as creators and observers trying to move the medium forward.
